Joseph Farris brings three decades of experience leading healthcare staffing and audit organizations across the U.S. As the founder and CEO of Health Information Partners®, he’s built a company known for integrity, consistency, and results—growing entirely through referrals and reputation, not advertising.

With a background in healthcare finance, Joe has a deep understanding of both strategy and operations. He’s led HIP to become a trusted partner for hospitals and health systems nationwide by focusing on three key pillars: exceptional service, highly credentialed talent, and fair pricing without compromise.

With over 14 years of experience in healthcare operations Amanda brings a deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership.

A champion for high standards in talent acquisition, Amanda is dedicated to hiring only the most qualified and competent professionals, ensuring HIP clients receive top-tier support. Her technical expertise spans EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, and Excel, with advanced proficiency in SharePoint and HIPAA-compliant data management.

Our recent PEPPER Report indicated a problem with denied "One-Day-Stay" accounts. We brought HIP auditors in to review 250 retrospective accounts. I was impressed by their use of former RAC nurse auditors to conduct our work. They quickly identified problems and offered corrective action recommendations. We were also given 24/7 access to their CDI auditor hotline which will be helpful going forward. While we were not happy with the results of the audit which pinpointed internal operational deficiencies, we found HIP auditors to be very knowledgeable and professional. The fees were also substantially less than Big 5 firms.
